Holistic Health Coaching – Phone and/or email consultations. Minimum 3 months. Connecting weekly. Meal plans can be catered based on health histories and goals.

Yoga/Pilates/Barre and Health Coaching Package – Minimum one full month. 60 minute private yoga/pilates/barre class per week + one 30 minute health coaching session.
