Holistic Wellness Support
Everyone deserves to feel as healthy as possible. Often, we know what we need to do but have a difficult time staying accountable. That's where I come in. To begin, I have clients complete a health history form that provides me with your unique health and wellness background. The more honest you are, the better we can create a plan to meet your goals and objectives. I will design a plan that is attainable and long lasting, but clients have to be willing to put in the work to make changes. My job is to help keep you accountable.
When you work with me we will:
set and accomplish goals in a way that is empowering and exciting
work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
understand and reduce your cravings
increase your energy levels
feel great in your body
learn about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them
Depending on the client we will either meet virtually through weekly emails or by phone for 3-6 months. There will be follow up emails throughout the month. Meal plans can be suggested and created based on your unique health goals and history.
