I am a RYT 500 Power Vinyasa Yoga teacher. I have additional certifications in Yin, Prenatal/Postpartum, Pilates Mat 1 – 3, Barre and Holistic Health Coaching. I believe one-size does not fit all. I help clients learn how to take charge of their own wellness so that they can continue to feel healthy as their body changes over time. I believe that movement strengthens the body and mind and it’s critical to balance both for optimal health. I also believe that words matter and what we say about ourselves in our own mind impacts our health. Thus, those words manifest our overall health and can result in positive and/or negative outcomes. In order to manifest your optimal wellness, we need to adjust those words and actions.
